Potato Salad Recipe

A simple potato salad recipe you can follow, makes a great treat for your next picnic.

What you’ll need:
4 regular potatoes or 6 red potatoes (your choice)
4 hard boiled eggs
1/2 of a red onion (I prefer it diced into small pieces)
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
1 tablespoon spicy mustard
Seasonings to taste…I prefer just simple salt and pepper with potato salad

Mash Potato Recipe

A Mash Potato Recipe as some call it, or a Mashed potatoes recipe as I call it, is one of my all time favorites! I love plain mashed potatos, garlic mash, cheddar mashed potatoes and about any kind you want to make. I love leftover mashed potatoes grilled up in the morning too! When it comes to mashed potatoes, they are a favorite comfort food to many people. I use 1 potato per person, so for 4 people, I’ll use four Idaho potatoes.
