Cheesy Potato Recipe

A cheesy potato recipe that will have you going back for seconds and thirds! I confess, potatoes and cheese are two of my favorite foods. Combine the two and I’m just about drifting off to heaven. I hope you enjoy this simple cheesy potato recipe! It’s a great breakfast treat, as well as a simple side dish for dinner. This hash brown cheesy potato recipe is one of my favorites.

What You’ll Need:

Hash brown potatoes (frozen bag, or now in the fridge section! - 1 pound)
1 package of sour cream (8 ounce size)
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 can of cream of chicken soup

Optional:
2 tsp Parmesan cheese
2 tsp seasoned bread crumbs

Directions:

Heat over to 350 degrees (F)

In a bowl, combine your potatoes (make sure they are thawed), sour cream, cheddar cheese and soup.
Using a square casserole dish, spray it with cooking spray or grease with butter.
Pour ingredients into the greased casserole dish.

Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs on top of ingredients.

Cook for 1 hour at 350 degrees.

I can’t be responsible if you’re family is asking for this one weekly! Here’s a tip, double the recipe and you’ll have extra. ;)

Now, I personally know what a single serving of hash brown cheesy potato recipe looks like, but I’ve yet to just eat one single serving of this one! Mmmm, in fact, I’d be happy to have this all by itself, who needs the other stuff for dinner?!!! ha
